AI & Automation

Stop doing the work a system can do. We build the workflows that handle follow-up, admin and repetition while you sleep.

The problem this solves

Most small service businesses do not lose enquiries because the marketing failed. They lose them because a message arrived at 7pm on a Friday, nobody saw it until Monday, and by then the client had already spoken to someone else.

The same pattern repeats in the back office: the same quote retyped, the same reminder chased, the same spreadsheet updated by hand. None of it is hard work. All of it is time that scales badly — the busier you get, the more of it there is.

What we build

  • Instant lead response — an enquiry from WhatsApp, Meta, Google or your website gets an immediate, human-sounding reply and lands in your pipeline.
  • Follow-up sequences that keep going — timed WhatsApp and email chase-ups that stop the moment someone replies.
  • Internal task automation — quotes, onboarding steps, document requests and reminders triggered by a status change rather than by somebody remembering.
  • AI assistants with your context — drafting replies, summarising enquiries and classifying leads against your criteria, not generic ones.
  • Error alerting — if a workflow fails, you are told. Silent automation is worse than none.

How we work

  1. 1

    Map the manual work

We watch one real week of your process and write down every point a person moves information from one place to another. That list is the backlog.

  2. 2

    Build the highest-value workflow first

One workflow, fully built and fully live — usually lead response, because it pays back fastest. Not five half-finished ones.

  3. 3

    Run it in parallel

The automation runs alongside your current process until you trust it. Nothing is switched off on day one.

  4. 4

    Hand it over

You get the documentation, the logins and a walkthrough. The system stays yours even if we never speak again.

Who this is for

  • You get enquiries through WhatsApp, Meta, Google or a web form and response time is the weak point.
  • A small team is spending real hours on work that follows the same steps every time.
  • You have the tools already — HubSpot, Notion, Sheets, WhatsApp Business — and nothing talks to anything else.
  • You have tried an off-the-shelf automation and it broke quietly.

What it costs

Automation Sprint

£1,500 – £3,500

One focused workflow, fully built and live — lead capture, WhatsApp follow-up, a CRM pipeline or an email sequence. Ongoing support is a separate monthly arrangement.

Common questions

Do I need to change the tools I already use?

Usually not. We build on what you have — WhatsApp Business, HubSpot, Notion, Google Sheets — and connect them with n8n. We only suggest replacing a tool when keeping it costs more than moving.

Will automated messages sound automated?

They sound like you, because they are written in your words and reviewed by you before anything goes live. The speed is automated; the voice is not.

What happens when something breaks?

Every workflow we build has error alerting attached, so a failure reaches a person rather than sitting silently in a log. That is the difference between automation you can trust and automation you have to check.

How long does a sprint take?

It depends on how many systems have to be connected and how quickly we can get access to them. We give you a date before we start, not a range after.
