CRM & Sales Systems

Never lose track of an enquiry. One pipeline, honest stages, and reminders that do not depend on anyone's memory.

The problem this solves

Most small teams do not have a CRM problem — they have four. Some leads live in a phone, some in an inbox, some in a spreadsheet, and the pipeline in the CRM nobody updates is the one the reporting is built on.

The result is a forecast that is quietly fiction, and enquiries that go cold for no reason anyone can name afterwards.

What we build

  • One pipeline, with stages that describe what actually happens in your business rather than a template's idea of a sales process.
  • Automatic capture — every enquiry, from every channel, created as a record without anyone retyping it.
  • Reminders tied to stage and age, so a lead that has sat untouched surfaces itself.
  • Deduplication and tidy data, because a CRM people distrust is a CRM people stop using.
  • Reporting that answers a real question: where enquiries come from, where they stall, and what converts.

How we work

  1. 1

    Audit what exists

We find every place a lead currently lives, including the ones nobody mentions in the first meeting.

  2. 2

    Design the stages

Stages are agreed with the people who use them. If a stage cannot be defined in one sentence, it does not go in.

  3. 3

    Migrate and connect

Existing records are cleaned and moved; channels are wired so new enquiries arrive automatically.

  4. 4

    Make it stick

A short walkthrough with the team, and automation that does the admin so using the CRM is the path of least resistance.

Who this is for

  • You cannot answer 'how many live enquiries do we have' without opening three things.
  • You bought a CRM and the team quietly went back to the spreadsheet.
  • Leads arrive on several channels and only some of them get logged.
  • You want reporting you would be willing to make a decision on.

What it costs

Automation Sprint

£1,500 – £3,500

A pipeline designed, migrated and connected to your enquiry channels, with reminders and reporting. Licence costs for the CRM itself are paid by you, directly, at your own rate.

Common questions

Which CRM should we use?

Whichever one your team will actually open. We build on HubSpot, Notion or Google Sheets depending on the size of the team and the complexity of the pipeline — a simpler tool that gets used beats a powerful one that does not.

What happens to our existing data?

It is cleaned, deduplicated and migrated. We agree what counts as a duplicate before we touch anything, and the original export is kept.

Can this connect to the automation work?

That is the usual pairing — the CRM holds the state, and the automation acts on it. Built together, the reminders and follow-ups come free of extra effort.
