AI Business Tools
Give clients and staff instant answers — calculators, assessments, document checkers and dashboards built around your rules.
The problem this solves
In most service businesses the expertise that qualifies a client sits in one or two people's heads. Every enquiry costs a call, and the answer to 'would I even be eligible' or 'roughly what would this cost' takes a human.
That is a bottleneck at the front of the funnel and a cost at the back of it. The rules are usually stable enough to be written down — and once written down, they can answer at three in the morning.
What we build
- Eligibility and assessment tools — your qualifying criteria as a short interactive flow that produces a real answer, not a brochure.
- Cost and ROI calculators — transparent pricing estimates that pre-qualify an enquiry before it reaches you.
- Document checkers — upload a pack, get back what is missing against your checklist.
- Internal AI assistants — answering staff questions from your own documents rather than from the open internet.
- Dashboards — the three numbers that actually drive decisions, on one screen.
How we work
- 1
Extract the rules
We sit with whoever makes the judgement today and write their logic down, including the edge cases they handle by instinct.
- 2
Prototype the flow
A working version early, so you are reacting to something real rather than to a specification document.
- 3
Test against known cases
We run past cases through it and compare the tool's answer to the one your expert gave. Disagreements are the useful part.
- 4
Launch with lead capture
The result is gated or followed up so the tool returns enquiries, not just traffic.
Who this is for
- You answer the same qualifying questions on every first call.
- Your pricing is explainable but currently requires a conversation.
- You review document packs against a checklist by hand.
- You want a reason for people to come to your site other than to read about you.

Common questions
Does this use AI for the answers?
Only where it should. Scoring and eligibility run on explicit rules you can read and change, because you need to be able to defend the answer. AI is used for the parts that genuinely need language — summarising, drafting, interpreting an upload.
Who owns the logic?
You do, and it is written somewhere you can read it. The point of extracting the rules is that they stop living in one person's head.
Can it capture leads?
Yes — that is usually the commercial case for building it. The tool gives a genuinely useful answer and you get a qualified enquiry with context attached.

Your website should be a system, not a brochure — capturing, qualifying and onboarding without a person in the middle.
