Business Websites & Portals

Your website should be a system, not a brochure — capturing, qualifying and onboarding without a person in the middle.

The problem this solves

A brochure website tells people you exist and then does nothing. It collects an enquiry into an inbox, and every step after that — qualifying, documents, updates, chasing — happens by hand.

For consultancies, agencies and property firms, that handover is where the time goes. Clients email documents, you file them, they ask where things are, you reply individually. The work is real; none of it needs you.

What we build

  • Lead-generation sites — built around one conversion path, with tracking that tells you which source actually produced the enquiry.
  • Secure client portals — a branded hub where clients upload documents, see progress and stop emailing you for status.
  • Booking and intake systems — qualifying questions before the calendar slot, so the call is worth taking.
  • Payment-ready pages — Stripe checkout attached to the step that needs it.
  • Bilingual builds — English and Turkish from the same content model, which is how this site is built.

How we work

  1. 1

    Define the one action

Every page gets a single job. Pages that try to do four things convert for none of them.

  2. 2

    Design around the funnel

Structure first, styling second — what someone needs to read, in what order, before they will act.

  3. 3

    Wire it to your systems

Forms go to your CRM, not just to an inbox. Documents land where your process expects them.

  4. 4

    Ship and measure

Analytics on every call to action, so the next change is based on what visitors did rather than what we assumed.

Who this is for

  • Your site looks fine and produces almost nothing.
  • Client onboarding runs on email attachments and follow-up questions.
  • You need clients to self-serve documents and status without a login you have to administer.
  • You serve two language markets and currently maintain two disconnected sites.

Custom development of portals, booking systems, dashboards and the tooling behind them. Simpler lead-generation sites can start lower — the review tells us which you need.

Common questions

Do I own the site and the code?

Yes. The repository, the hosting account and the domain are yours. We are not a platform you have to stay on.

Can clients upload sensitive documents?

Yes, and we scope the data handling before we build — what is collected, where it is stored and how long it is kept, written into your privacy policy rather than left implied.

Will it work in Turkish as well as English?

Yes. We build both languages from one content model, so copy changes in one place and the structure, metadata and search signals stay correct in both.
